We went on a weekend, I think around late morning, though I kind of lost track of time once we got inside. The museum itself was good and I enjoyed a lot of the exhibits, but it felt packed in certain areas. Some rooms moved along fine, then suddenly there’d be a bottleneck near the more popular displays and it was hard to really take anything in. Maybe we hit it at the wrong time, or maybe it was later in the day than I thought, but better crowd control would’ve made the visit a lot more enjoyable...

I got my ROM tickets online and it was no hassle at all. Usually these ticket sites make everything more complicated than it needs to be, but this one loaded fine and the email showed up quickly. Super simple process overall, and I’d definitely use it again.

I really enjoyed the variety of exhibits here, and there was a lot more to see than I expected. Some of the extra signage felt a little unnecessary, but overall it was a great visit.

I had a smooth visit here. Getting around in a wheelchair was easy, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The washrooms were clean and well-kept too, and the amenities overall were solid.

I stopped in for lunch thinking it would just be a quick bite, but it turned into a really nice little outing. The food was tasty and hit the spot, and afterward I wandered into the gift shop just to browse. Of course, I ended up finding a few cute things to take home. It was one of those easy, pleasant stops where lunch was good, the shop was fun, and I left feeling glad I’d popped in.

There was a lot to check out and I did enjoy wandering around, but the layout of the building was kind of confusing. The signs helped here and there, though I still ended up backtracking a few times. Anyway... still a cool place overall, just be ready to take your time finding your way around.

I’m usually a bit careful about spending money on tickets unless I know it’s going to be worth it, but this felt fair for what you get. We ended up spending a few hours inside and never felt rushed or like we had to squeeze everything in. For a day out in Toronto, it was a good value and I didn’t leave feeling like I’d taken a gamble with the cost

We went hoping the kids would really get into it, but they got bored fast. It was so crowded that it was hard for them to actually see or interact with the exhibits, so the whole visit felt more frustrating than fun.

The staff were literally so helpful and got us taken care of really quickly. Everyone was super nice and made the whole experience easy...

I used Royal Ontario Museum to look up special events and family programs at the ROM, and there’s a good mix of things on there. Some of the events sounded genuinely fun, especially if you’re going with kids or trying to make a weekend plan.

The site worked fine overall, but I did feel like I had to click around more than I expected just to find basic stuff like times, prices, and what was actually included. One weird thing I remember is getting distracted by a tiny dinosaur icon or graphic on one page while I was trying to figure out ticket info, which somehow made the whole search feel even more scattered.

I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could be. I’d still use the site again, but I really wish the event details were laid out more clearly in one place.
